The PARASON online store is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Article 43(1) of the Civil Code. Placing an order constitutes confirmation that the Buyer is acting as an entrepreneur and is purchasing the product in connection with their business activity.

The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, as defined in the Consumer Rights Act, does not apply to contracts concluded through this store.

  3. Please remember that when you contact us by email or subscribe to our newsletter, you provide us with your personal data, such as your name and email address.

  4. We assure you that we make every effort to ensure the security of your data.

  5. Wherever data processing requires the involvement of external suppliers, we guarantee that we consciously select the entities we work with to ensure an appropriate standard of security for the data provided to us.

  6. The website and the products or services offered through it are intended exclusively for entrepreneurs. We do not process consumers' personal data for purposes related to concluding sales contracts.

PUBLIC RULES

  1. Use of this website is voluntary. You are not in any way forced to provide personal data. However, failure to provide certain information may result in the inability to provide a given service and achieve a specific purpose, such as contacting us by email or subscribing to a newsletter.

  2. This website, like many others, uses cookies to ensure its proper functioning. Below, we explain exactly how cookies work and what they mean for you.

PURPOSE AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Email Service

When sending a message, you provide your email address and other data contained in the message. Providing your email address is voluntary, but necessary to establish contact. The data is then processed for the purpose of contacting you. The basis for processing in this case is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., your consent resulting from initiating contact. Please remember that your data will be processed even after the contact ends. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate purpose of archiving correspondence for the purpose of documenting its progress in the future (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Creating registers of data processing activities and records resulting from the GDPR

This is an obligation arising from legal provisions – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – and arising from Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., my legitimate interest as the controller of this website.

Analyzing data collected automatically when using the website

In this case, data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the controller.

Use of cookies on the website

The basis for this is your consent, which is granted before the website is fully loaded.

Managing the website and other pages/groups on external platforms, e.g., Facebook

The basis for processing is our authorization as the controller of your data, implemented pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the controller's legitimate interest, and your consent, for example, in the case of joining a Facebook group.

Archive and evidentiary purposes, for securing information that may be used to prove facts

This is the legitimate interest of the personal data controller, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Accountant/accounting officer

This is an obligation arising from legal provisions, implemented for the purpose of issuing a VAT invoice or other document based on which we make settlements – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

Sending the newsletter

For the purpose of sending the newsletter pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – i.e., consent given immediately before subscribing to the newsletter – and for the purpose of direct marketing addressed to you pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., my legitimate interest as a controller.

Account Management and User Registration

By creating an account, you provide your personal information, including: name and surname, billing address, email address, and Tax Identification Number. Providing this information is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.

Purposes of processing: performance of the contract concluded by placing an order (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR), issuing an invoice (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR), inclusion of the invoice in accounting records (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR), as well as archival and statistical purposes (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

Order data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract. Furthermore, after this period, the data may continue to be processed for archival and statistical purposes, in particular to identify returning customers.

Placing an order and performing the sales contract

By placing an order as an entrepreneur, you provide the data necessary to perform the B2B contract, including: company name, Tax Identification Number, contact person's name and surname, email address, and billing and delivery address. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.

The data provided to us in connection with an order is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded by placing an order, including the sales contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR), issuing an invoice (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR), including the invoice in accounting records (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR), and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

Order data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract. Furthermore, after this period, the data may still be processed by me for archival and statistical purposes, in particular to identify returning customers.

In the case of order data, some rights will not apply to you, for example, you cannot object to data processing or request the deletion of data contained in invoices. You can read more about your rights later in this document. 

Complaint Handling and Withdrawal from the Contract


If you submit a complaint or withdraw from the contract, you provide the personal data contained in the complaint or in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, which includes: first name and last name, address, telephone number, email address, and bank account number. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to submit a complaint or withdraw from the contract.

The data provided in connection with submitting a complaint or withdrawing from the contract is used to carry out the complaint or withdrawal procedure (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR) and then for archiving purposes, which constitutes my legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

The data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the complaint or withdrawal procedure. Complaints and declarations of withdrawal from the contract may also be archived to enable future evidence of the complaint or withdrawal process.

In the case of data provided in the complaint or withdrawal process, some of the rights you may not always be entitled to under all circumstances.




NATURE OF BUSINESS

The PARASON Sp. z o.o. store does not provide services to consumers. By using this website and providing personal data, you confirm that you are acting as an entrepreneur within the meaning of the Civil Code.


YOUR RIGHTS

  1. The GDPR grants the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

  1. Right of access to information and obligation to provide information – this means that every person whose data is processed has the right to know what is happening with their personal data. This privacy policy, which you are currently reading, was created for this purpose, among other reasons.

  2. Right to access personal data – means that if we, as the controller of your data, receive a request for access to your data, we are obliged to provide you with such information. We, as the controller, are obliged to fulfill our obligations in this regard immediately, no later than within one month. If this is not possible within this period, we are obliged to inform you at least whether we are processing your data and may then extend the deadline for a complete response to your request by two months.

  3. Right to rectification of personal data – means that you can request that the controller of your data rectify inaccurate data or supplement incomplete data.

  4. Right to erasure of personal data, right to be forgotten – means that you can demand that we, as the controller of your personal data, erase your data and inform the person to whom your data has been transferred of its erasure. You also have the right to demand that your data, which we have made public, be deleted by other controllers as well. As the controller of your data, we are also obligated, upon your request, to inform you to which recipients your data subject to erasure has been transferred.

  5. Right to restrict the processing of personal data – means that you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. This happens, for example, when you disagree with the accuracy of the data being processed or when you believe that you no longer need the data for processing purposes.

  6. Right to object to the processing of personal data – means that you can object to your data being processed by the controller.

  7. Right to data portability – means that, under certain conditions, you can request the transfer of your data directly to another designated controller.

  8. Right to lodge a complaint – means that if you believe that our processing of your data violates the law, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  1. Please remember that not all of these rights will always apply to you in every case. This is not a manifestation of bad faith, but the nature of the law.

We ensure that all your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") are fulfilled.

Data is processed for the duration of the purpose for which it was collected, and after its completion for the period necessary to secure any claims.

With respect to data processed via the Facebook or Instagram fanpage, the personal data controller is both PARASON Sp. z o. o. and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited – in accordance with the principles of joint control.


PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS

  1. Your personal data may be transferred to third parties whose services we use in connection with operating the platform and selling electronic products.

  2. However, we assure you that we carefully select the entities with whom we cooperate or whose services we use, and we always ensure adequate data protection.

  3. Due to the use of Google or Facebook services, your data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) and Canada. However, we inform you that these entities guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection required by European regulations.

  4. To organize the entities whose services we use, they have been divided into two groups. The first group comprises entities processing data within the European Union. The second group comprises entities processing data outside the European Economic Area.

  1. GoDaddy.com, LLC, based in Tempe, Arizona, USA – the entity responsible for the service providing IT system maintenance and hosting services for storing personal data on the server;

  2. Google Mail (Gmail) as an email service is part of Google LLC, a technology company headquartered in the United States – for the use of email;

  3. Krajowy Integrator Płatności, a joint-stock company with its registered office in Poznań, KRS number: 0000412357, operating under the trademark "Tpay Payment System" – the entity responsible for the platform through which payments are made in the online store, used by buyers to pay for orders placed in the store;

  4. PayU, a joint-stock company with its registered office in Warsaw, KRS number: 0000274399, operating under the trademark "PayU" – the entity responsible for the platform through which payments are made in the online store, used by buyers to pay for orders placed in the store;

  5. PayPro, a joint-stock company with its registered office in Poznań, KRS number: 0000347935, operating under the trademark "Przelewy24" – the entity responsible for the platform through which payments are made in the online store, used by buyers to pay for orders placed in the store;

  6. Paypal Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, KRS number: 0000289372, operating under the trademark "Paypal" – the entity responsible for the platform through which payments are made in the online store, used by buyers to pay for orders placed in the store;

  7. ELTEX P.P.U.H. Elżbieta Pisarek Janusz Pisarek Accounting Office, a civil partnership with the Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5980002676 – an entrepreneur providing accounting services for the purpose of issuing accounting documents for services and products provided, processing payments, and conducting accounting settlements;

  8. Fakturownia Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Warsaw, with the National Court Register (KRS) number: 0000572426, operating under the trademark "Faktrownia" – an entrepreneur providing accounting services for services and products provided, integrated with a purchasing platform and enabling the sending of accounting documents directly to the client's email address;

  9. Ifirma Spółka Akcyjna, based in Wrocław, KRS number: 0000281947, operating under the trade name "iFirma.pl" - an entrepreneur providing services of issuing accounting documents for services and products provided, integrated with a purchasing platform and enabling the sending of accounting documents directly to the customer's email address;

  10. Wojciech Bizub, conducting business under the name "Wojciech Bizub efekt e-marketing", with its registered office in Cieszyn, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5482421351, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 242881177 – for technical and administrative support in the scope of running the website, including the online store, customer service, support in running the online store, and conducting sales campaigns;

  11. UAB "MailerLite" with its registered office in Vilnius (LITHUANIA), with the company code 302942057 – for sending e-mail correspondence (newsletter) to people who previously signed up for email list.

  1. Vimeo, Inc. – a service enabling the embedding of audiovisual materials on websites;

  2. Google Analytics by Google LLC – a marketing tool;

  5. Instagram by Facebook Inc. – a social networking site enabling professional and business networking;

Every Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by email at privacy@parason.pl regarding any matter concerning the processing of personal data.




COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

  1. This website, like many others, uses cookies.

  2. When you first visit the website, information about the use of cookies is displayed. Failure to change your browser settings constitutes consent to their use.

  3. Cookies are short text files stored on the device you use to browse websites.

  4. They can be read by me ("first-party cookies," which I use to ensure the proper functioning of this website), as well as by systems belonging to other entities whose services I use ("third-party cookies").

  5. Please remember that you have the right to change cookie settings in your browser or delete them.

SERVER LOGS

  1. Using the website involves sending queries to the server on which our website is hosted.

  2. Every query sent to the server is saved in server logs, which include, for example: IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you are using.

  3. The data stored in server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the website and is used as auxiliary material for administrative purposes.

  4. Their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.

NEWSLETTER SERVICE

  1. We consciously select the service providers we use to ensure the highest level of protection for your data.

  2. The newsletter service is provided by GetResponse Sp. z o.o., ul. Arkonska 6/A3, 80-387 Gdańsk, Poland, KRS: 0000187388, NIP: 9581468984.

  3. Your data will not be transferred to a third country outside the European Union for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

  4. Your data, i.e., your name and email address, provided in the newsletter subscription form, will be processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

  5. Providing your data in the newsletter subscription form is voluntary, but necessary to send you the newsletter based on your consent, as well as to send you information about marketing our own products or services based on my legitimate interest as the controller (i.e., Art. 6(f) of the GDPR), and to pursue any claims related to the sending of the newsletter. 

  6. We guarantee that your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or object.

  7. The unsubscribing mechanism for the newsletter service is simple and involves clicking an active link with the information I am unsubscribing from the newsletter.

  8. After you exercise this right and unsubscribe from the newsletter, your data regarding your subscription to this service will be stored for the period necessary to defend against potential claims. This is in my legitimate interest as the data controller.

  9. I may transfer the personal data provided when subscribing to the newsletter to the following entities: a service provider providing IT system maintenance and hosting services, an email service provider, and a newsletter service provider.

  10. As with any case where we process your data, you have the right to access your data, receive a copy, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

  11. However, remember that if you withdraw your consent to data processing, this will not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

  12. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your data violates the law. Your data will be processed automatically, but will not be subject to profiling.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS SERVICE

  1. This website uses Google Analytics. This service analyzes services and internet activity.

  3. Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies," text files that are stored on your computer and allow for an analysis of website usage.

  5. We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of this website and to improve it according to user preferences. The statistics we obtain allow us, for example, to tailor our offer.

  3. I would like to emphasize that we do not have information from social media platforms about the data collected or how it is used. For additional information regarding privacy on social media platforms, we suggest contacting the websites directly and reviewing their privacy policies, which are linked in this document.

  4. If you do not want social media platforms to collect information about your visits to our website, we recommend logging out of social media platforms beforehand.

FACEBOOK PIXEL

  1. Facebook Pixel is a snippet of code placed on a website that acts as an analytics tool. It allows us to target Facebook ads to people who have visited our website or specific products.

  2. We want you to be aware that the information collected from you through the use of Facebook Pixel is anonymous. However, they may be combined with other information about you collected on the social media platform Facebook.

  3. We use this tool on our website. This is based on our legitimate interest as a data controller in marketing our own products or services.

  4. Information collected in this way is most often transferred to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there. However, Facebook Inc. ensures an adequate level of personal data protection required by European law.

SHARING VIDEO MATERIALS

  1. We embed audiovisual materials from YouTube and Vimeo on our website. Cookies from Google LLC and Vimeo, Inc. are used for this purpose.

  2. Cookies are generated automatically when playing audiovisual materials from the above-mentioned services.

  3. If you do not consent to this, do not play the video.
